Bianca graduated from LaTrobe University in 2007 and has worked with a number of sporting organisations, including Athletics Victoria, Casey Scorpions VFL and the Football Federation of Victoria.
She has a particular interest in hip, knee and foot injuries and working to correct biomechanical issues associated with running, and improve efficiency and performance as a result. Hypermobility and rheumatology conditions are also of special interest to Bianca.
Kayla has extensive experience in the private practice industry, with special focus on overuse injuries in track and field athletes, drawing on her own experiences as a state representative for cross country and track and field, as well as having a strong interest in heritable connective tissue disorders. She has provided physiotherapy services to Athletics Victoria, the Werribee Bees Soccer club and the Frankston Blues womens side in the SEABL. Being a full-time exercise physiotherapist, Kayla can utilise her sporting and professional experience to design programmes to rehabilitate injury or improve conditioning for sporting endeavours.
Alanna has been working in private practice since graduating from Monash University in 2015. She has a special interest in Dance Physiotherapy, the management of patients with increased joint mobility and clinical pilates. Over the last 8 years, Alanna has honed her skilled in working with athletes and performers for the injury prevention, diagnosis, and rehabilitation of sports-specific injuries.
In addition to her work as a Physiotherapist, Alanna is a qualified Brain Based Coach where she partners with clients in the wellness sector to create and implement healthy habits, improve work-life balance, and maximise fulfilment.
