Yes. Clinical pilates is a specific and individualised form of exercise rehabilitation designed to return to full function after an injury, illness, pregnancy or deconditioning. Our 5:1 group classes are run by a physiotherapist and are tailored to the individual patient. Your initial assessment well allow our physiotherapists to best understand your unique body, goals and current level of experience to ensure the best outcomes.

We can provide on the spot claiming through HICAPS on the day of your treatment and/or class.
Payment is expected on the day of consultation.
Private healthcare rebate is available for clients with relevant extras cover. For your convenience we have HICAPS on-the-spot claiming available.
Credit cards are also welcome including American Express. Medicare will incur a Gap payment to cover the difference between the Medicare rebate and the cost of the service.

We no longer can offer physiotherapy appointments to Workcover, DVA and TAC clients. Please speak to your GP about finding an appropriate practitioner to support you in your rehabilitation.
Yes, we can support you if you have and Enhanced Primary Care Plan (EPC) from your GP. We do charge a gap fee to the patient to cover the difference between what Medicare pay and our total appointment fee. Please give our receptionists a call to discuss any questions that you might have regarding the fee structure.
Bring yourself, your private health insurance card (if you have it and intend to use it to claim physiotherapy through your extras), medicare card and any relevant documentation (e.g. scan results or a referral from your GP or a specialist) that may assist your physio in treating you.
Wear comfortable clothing that you can exercise in, bring grippy socks if you have them as we don't allow shoes or bare feet on our equipment. For your initial assessment you may think about wearing shorts or form fitting pants that allow the physiotherapist to accurately assess you.
Physiotherapy focuses on the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of musculoskeletal injuries and conditions through a range of techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and education. Exercise physiologists work with patients to achieve their health, rehabilitation and performance goals through specific exercise intervention. While there is some overlap between the two professions, physiotherapy is generally considered to be primary (first phase) intervention (involved in the diagnosis, initial treatment and rehabilitation) where as exercise physiology is a secondary (second phase) intervention (behaviour change and exercise rehabilitation to manage an existing diagnosis).
You may be eligible for up to 5 allied health sessions per year under the Advanced Allied Health Program which is through Medicare. To access this service you will need to obtain the referral and paperwork through your GP. There is a gap payment associated with this to cover the difference between the Medicare rebate and the cost of the service.
